Vendor Info

Vendors: All spaces for Food vendors are full. we are still accepting retail vendors for 2010. For more information contact avdra.siteprep@hotmail.com


All Vendors (Retail and Food):

$100 per booth

(Retail booths are 10'x20', larger sizes negotiable)
We will be accepting up to 20 food vendors and 30 "retail" vendors

Vendor to Supply:

  • Payment in full by June 30th, 2010
  • Tables
  • Tents
  • Power
  • Water
  • Any other items to operate their booth
  • Copy of liability insurance codicil called "named insurance" that specifically names Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District and the Alberni Valley Drag Race Association as being exempt from issues arising from their participation. This is a contractual obligation that the AVDRA has with the Regional District for the use of the airport facility

Vendor Set-Up:

Friday, August 8th between 12:00 noon and 8:00 pm

Infield Vendor Set-Up:

If vendor is located on the "INFIELD" set-up after 5:00 PM Friday, August 8th due to heavy equipment movement (log loader) in that area.
Drag Race Grounds Coordinator will advise as to your vendor location upon sign-up.

Vendor Take-Down:

Sunday, August 10th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Security:

Security will be in place during race/ spectator hours to handle drug, liquor and restricted area issues.
Gates will be locked at 10:00 pm -- ..nobody in or out after that time.
Gates and grounds will be patrolled by security but common sense must be used in locking/ securing merchandise or portable equipment...
Be aware there will possibly be a number of vehicles on site over night and 100-200 campers
